Midland Environmental Assessments

Take your first steps to a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Report

Midland Environmental Assessments (MEA) is a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) company that specializes in evaluating properties for potential environmental risks or contamination.

MEA will conduct a thorough Phase 1 ESA to identify the presence of conditions that could affect a land’s environmental health. By reviewing historical records, performing site visits, and conducting interviews, we help property buyers, sellers, and developers assess potential liabilities before transactions or development projects, and provide guidance towards practical solutions.

Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is an environmental report prepared for individual properties that identifies either potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities. Such reports are generally considered to be the first step in the process of environmental due diligence, and are performed to meet ASTM Standard E-1527-21.

Our standard report turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days, but shorter timeframes can be met. Midland Environmental is a female-owned and family-operated small business, and we pride ourselves on providing our clients with personal interactions that help make the Phase I ESA process easier to navigate.

To schedule or discuss your need for a Phase 1 Environmental, call us at (440) 381-3646 or use our contact form to request more information!
